Inspired by a collage I had made from magazine clippings. I further explored the media and the social taboos that their focus is on. The taboos being sex, money, religion and politics. The structure of the piece is based off of birch bark. The tree relates to growing up in Minnesota were as a child being taught values and morals.

This is the one piece where I think the process had better results than the final design. It is printed on tracing paper. It is set in Didot at a five points.
