I wanted to create a series of cards with the alphabet. Somehow it turned into twenty four panes of glass stacked on top of each other. Each pane has a someone's alphabet. I had sent around a survey to family + friends asking what word each letter of the alphabet represents to them. I wanted to see if a thirty seven year old resorts back to a word they learned in grade school. It represents the progression of aging through the alphabet. The type is set in Century Schoolbook Std on eight inches by ten inches panes of glass.
